Cedar College’s Peer Tutoring Program connects learners in a collaborative space built on mutual support and shared growth. Each year, academically strong A2 students are recruited to help their peers and juniors navigate academic challenges through one-on-one or small group sessions.
For learners who need extra support, this personalized guidance helps clarify concepts, build confidence, and reinforce understanding. For tutors, the experience builds leadership and communication skills while deepening their own grasp of the subject matter.
Cedar College’s TA Program pairs talented, aspiring educators with learners who need extra academic support outside of regular class hours. Selected through a competitive process, our TAs offer one-on-one guidance, additional practice, and support in clarifying difficult concepts.
The program is designed to benefit everyone involved — TAs gain real teaching experience under experienced mentors, while learners receive accessible, personalized academic support from someone who understands their perspective.
