This service allows individuals, organizations, and academic institutions to authenticate documents issued by Cedar College.

Purpose of Verification

Our verification process ensures the authenticity of certificates, transcripts, letters, and other official documents. This service is intended to protect the integrity of our records, prevent misuse, and maintain the highest academic and professional standards.

How It Works

  1. Scan the QR Code – Each official document contains a unique QR code. Scanning it will direct you to this verification portal.

  2. Fill the Verification Form – Enter the required details exactly as they appear on the document (e.g., Document Number, Holder’s Name, Date of Issue).

  3. Submit Your Request – Once submitted, our verification team will review the document’s authenticity.

  4. Receive Status by Email – A confirmation email will be sent to you containing the verification result and any additional remarks.

  • Only documents issued by Cedar College can be verified through this portal.

  • Incomplete or incorrect information may delay the verification process.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
